Capsicum Masala




Cut capsicum into pieces, and fry it with the fine pieces of tomato and onion

And add salt and little curry powder and chilli powder

Ingredients

1.Chilli Powder

2.Beans

3.Soya Beans

4.Capsicum

5.Onion

6.Cauliflower

7.Brinji Leaves- 5

8.Spices (Cinnamon, coriander)

9. salt

10.ghee

11.Garlic and ginger paste.

Steps

1.Half cook the rice in rice cooker

2. Put the beans, carrot,onion cut into pieces and chilli powder and the garlic-ginger and the cauliflower,Brinji leaves and spices together

3. Let them fry till the greenish smell goes away.

4. Put these things into the rice that is half cooked (in rice cooker) and pour three tablespoons

Of ghee and required salt.

5. You can add cashews if you wish to.

This is more or less like vegetable briyani, but the Brinji leaves dominate in here.

Beetroot Chutney

This is a very tasty chutney that is very good with Chappathi.

Making this is really very easy

1. Take beetroots and make fine pieces or slide them over the cutter.(sweet beetroot will be even great)
2. Green Chillis as you need and VENDAIYAM(in tamil)
3. Take a pan and put the beetroot.
4. Till the green smell of beetroot goes away let it be in the pan.
5. Then add the chillis.
6. After this add little vendaiyam.
7. You can add some coconut if you want it gives rich taste.
8. Grind them using the mixie after cooling them down.

This will be very nice to eat with Idlis too.

Easy To Make Butter Beans Masala

Ingredients

Butter beans
coconut
சோம்பு
garlic
Onion
chillipowder

How to make

1. pour some water in pan and cook the butter beans with a little salt(care must be taken with amount)
2. Grind the coconout and சோம்பு and garlic together into paste.
3. Put it together with butterbeans and add a little chilli powder
4. Onions that are cut into fine pieces are fried a little with a little oil
and added.
5. add a pinch of salt


It tastes good with rice and chappathi

EASY TO MAKE CHICKEN


EASY TO COOK CHICKEN(Sided with Rice or Bread)

InGREDIENTS NEEDED

Chicken - Half Kg
Onion -3- if big
Garlic-a small cup full
Pepper Powder- two TBLS
Coriander Powder-0ne TBLS
Chilly Powder-One TBLS
Salt

How to Make

1. After cleaning the chicken boil in cooker for 15 minutes
2. Make Onion-garlic paste.
3. Put some(little only, not as deep fry) oil in a pan and then put the chicken and let it fry for some
minutes.
4. Put the Onion-Garlic paste and pepper powder, coriander and the chilli powder.
5. Dont forget to add salt.
6. Pour some water and let the chicken pieces sink
(if they are boneless pour little water )
7. After the water begins to boil, you can take the gravey that tastes good with rice or bread.

P.S

If you want a better masala. Add Curry masala and the beetle leaves
with tomato crushed to fine pieces.
